Holding Lightly: A Reflection on Non-Attachment.
In yoga, non-attachment is referred to as Aparigraha (ah-par-ee-GRAH-hah). It means letting go of the need to hold on, whether to things, expectations, or moments. On the mat, it’s about softening the need to ‘get it right’ and instead listening to how it feels. In life, it’s about trusting that we can release what’s no longer needed and still be whole.
