A slower-paced practice to energize and relax the body while quieting our mind and calming the nervous system.
This 60-minute class offers breathwork and poses for stretching, strengthening, and increasing balance, bone density, and flexibility.
Gentle yoga is an invitation to unwind. It helps alleviate stress and anxiety and promotes inner peace while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga.
Wednesday's Yoga in Del Ray classes are at Wellness Junction, 1900 Mt. Vernon Ave, Alexandria, VA. Appropriate for all levels and beginner-friendly.
On Tuesdays at Radiance Yoga, I will not be teaching full-time, though I will be subbing occasionally.
I am currently out of town and will resume teaching on April 2nd. Emily will be covering classes until then. Thanks Emily!
