We had an incredible day for our Spring Quiet Retreat! Four hours dedicated to movement, rest, creativity, reading, walking, and dreaming—what a rich tapestry of activities for nourishing the mind and soul. And woven through it all, the power of silence, guiding each participant on a graceful journey moving at their own pace throughout the day.
