Our Women's Circles provide a nurturing space for women to connect, fostering a supportive community that serves as a respite from the demands of our daily lives. 
Every month, we delve into unique themes and engage in diverse practices, including yoga, qigong, journaling, breath work, meditation, and active listening. Small group discussions and sharing further enhance this experience, creating a safe and courageous environment where hearts can unfold and flourish.
