Join us as we enter our eighth year of monthly women's wisdom circles. We delve into meaningful topics and embrace movement practices that nurture and energize. We listen and share, inspiring one another to navigate life with intention. Women of all ages are welcome.

*Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, and paper.  Yoga props are available at the studio.
